A state-of-the-art Open Source Game

If open source programmers can make a great operating system, why not a great game? I read up on this, and it is really neat. On the forums, I am homeobocks.

sounds like fun.. they should employ a cluster compiling comunity.... like setti at home.. only without the patches of sky

Distributed computing just for compiling one program seems like more trouble than it's worth.

One of my original suggestions was to make an online multiplayer Tux Racer, instead.
Or Frozen-Bubble in FULL 3-D!
