Update to myth 0.17 safe way

Is it recomended to update myth to 0.17, and what is safest way to do this, if posible whole emerge command ).

I know 0.17 is avaible for gentoo..
I dont wont break anything in Gentoox MCE 1.1 )

Noone can recomend and post how to update myth to 0.17?? I dont break something in gentoox MCE 1.1 to reinstall everthing. pls post if you know,
