After magic reboot all I get on 3 installs run xbvset kernal update or

something, rin vbset press enter.

I'am using the xbox S-Vidio cable into the back of my ntsc tv S-video.I have chosen all 3 each time I had to reinstall. could not get to root, could not ssh to root only gentoox. after login & Pw I got Failsafe choice and that ended my linux.I have installed through ftp 4 times and I'am not running magic again. If the tv screen is ok , Why does xbvset automatically run after "tokde". After install.

I choose yes to all questions, 640x480 ntsc auto.. after magic , I get kernel update xvset must be run before reboot press enter. I did and my linux is screwed.

This is not a bug it is user error/incompetance do not abuse the bugs forum.
S-Video does not work on gentoox, use a composite cable.

NO where did i ever read or get that answer in any of my question

in the forum. Why does gentoox not support s-video, When it supports

hdtv? (or does it) Why don't you have pinned topics like xbox-scene forum has.

Then we all could read what connections work.
