Dude, you really need to search before you ask. I mean there is a post just a few threads down asking the same thing. . .
Just emerge bittorrent or any other bittorrent program, then run it as you would in any other OS.

The same way you install any other program. There are several posts that explain this; the search button is there for a reason.
To find the programs:
emerge --search torrent
To install:
emerge programname
Now stop asking the same damn question that has been answered several times.
