when booting stardust cd -- home v3.2 .. it gets stuck while initializing network...
if someone could pls tell me what to do

I had the same problem. My hard drive was locked; unlocked the hard drive and then the install proceeded...

are u trying to install gentoox or boot? if you're trying to install then just do a ftp installation..i find it easier because cd installation is a hassle.

on my box the network card fails to intialise on the first boot so it gets stuck at bringing up eth0. I just turn off and restart and it goes through fine.
