Hi there,

first of all you got to excuse my english, still learning^^
is it possible to install both Home Edition and MCE on one xbox? I tried it out yesterday, MCE was running, but the Home Edition didn't work. And if its possible can there also run an evox or something like that?
I appreciate every help!

You can have all installed and configured, but you can only have one running at a time.
Its like you have buy 3 different games, but you can only play one at a time.

If you didnt do a native install, when you start your xbox it would boot to a dashboard (like Evox or BMC or others), then you would have options to run Gentoox Home or Gentoox MCE.

What happens when you start your xbox, does it go direct to MCE?

I know that i only can have one running at a time. My idea was to choose one of them via the gentoox boot menu.
When i start the Xbox i get in the smartxx Menu and choose gentooxloader 5.11. Home Edition is on FATX and MCE on Native.
When I choose MCE it works perfect, while HE stops in bootorder and says " Kernel panic: attempted to kill init!"
