Dedicated GentooX?

I am wanting to make my xbox a dedicated gentoox system.

I have installed GentooX into drive F, but would rather have the entire drive native (all mount points) and completely take out the xbox functionality. is there a way to remove all the C,E,F partitions and just have one big partition?
