fan boosts up after starting gentoox then crashes

hi ppl,
after I'm starting the gentoox.xbe Xcromwell.xbe my fan speeds up and the xbox goes down, at the 2nd try all starts normal (thats really confusing me)
is that a bug? I've used magic...
