If you can access your website from another computer on your network then the problem is either with your router or your ISP (some ISPs block this). You need to need to set it up to foward port 80 to your xbox. If your ISP blocked port 80 then try routing port 81 to your xbox's port 80. You would then need to use port 81 to access your website from the outside like this, http://myISPip:81.

I never had that particular router so I have no idea how to do that or if it's even possible for that router.

I've read through this a couple of times, but I can still not make out what you are trying to achieve..

First off - yes, apache needs to be configured to allow traffic from all (as far as I remember this is default) Until this is configured - only localhost may access files (http)

Is your problem that you are able to surf your website on the local network but not from the internet?

Then your router has to be set up to redirect all incoming traffic to port 80 to your xbox.

You can NOT use your xbox IP address from outside of your own network (well - unless you have a public IP on your xbox - which you do not..)

Your ISP also HAS to allow for this to happen - many ISP's block port 80. (setting up apache to serve on another port may solve this - or you may redirect port in your router).
