Wine and Partition Size Limit

Just wanted to ask about how my installation has maxed out the Gentoox partition size limit and I ran magic newfs and created a new partition. Well I've been trying to get the fake Windows directories moved to this new partition and with 24 hours later not a darn thing is going right. My question is this: If there is no room on my root file system how do I get Wine to install on my new partition? Any help would... help

Have you tried just editing the wine config file to point to C: as a directory on the other partition?
