i noticed shallax said that when he recompiled everything he got a big performance boost.

I was wondering if I run ‘emerge -e world’

1. how long would it take
2. would it gain any performance
3. would it break anything

1) i dont remember sayin i got a performance boost, but running emerge -e world takes over 5 days

2) No, since I already did it for you

3) Yes, unless you know how to fix it.
