Thx

ssh hasn't been started at that point ... no ip address either, so the network access looks a bit dodgy.

thx anyway

Nor do I?

If I don't sent anything with xbvset then it goes to 640x480

If I try to set anything with xbvset it will only give me what looks like 1024x768 but only using half of the screen.

If I try and set 640x480 or 800x600 the screen goes scrazy.

very wierd!!

pro integrated can ONLY use 1024x768!?

Hi

Very wierd, standard new pro install only gives me 1024x768.

If I select 640x480 or 800x600 I get a garbled screen.

1024x something appears on the install which I thought was a little strange.

The top 2/3 only of the screen is used.

Any ideas?

Thx

Not really sure what you mean?

Why would someone want to work with an old kernel, when there is a new one available?

cheers

pro integrated needs a kernel download!?

Firstly new pro is good!! thanks! :)

Just wondered though why a kernel download is needed when running magic?

Can't the latest kernel be on the install cd?

cheers

I use Logitech® Cordless Desktop® MX and the standard cordless desktop, both work with no problem.

I do fancy getting the new bluetooth desktop though  not sure if that works!

Sorry guys don't understand those last two posts :?

Is the mechanism (maybe magic) available to take the complete f drive for linux, without having to install from the new pro cd?

I don't have the home version at all.

Thanks
