Well I think you should recheck your TSOP solder points if your trying to flash the tsop. Though I'm at college atm and almost a sleep on the keyboard. Maybe raincoat is looking at your TSOP rather than your chip. Did you read the tutorial on using raincoat on shallaxs site. There's one there.

Well the only current method I guess (which is what I'm planning to do to a second xbox, Linux only) is get a mod chip installed (the arika mod chip looks a cheap method to do this) and flash the latest stardust cromwell bios to the mod chip (just 1meg stardust, no hacked/retail) then install Linux ...

Make sure the files go in the root of E:\. I had that exact same problem.
