I have a similar question : If i move to KDE, there is the gimp avaible. ( i remember from the last version of gentoox ) That means that The Gimp exist and it is compress somewhere. Standard user access to E & F drives
If I unmount f, I can chmod 777 it and it shows up as rwxrwxrwx.
However as soon as I mount it again, it goes back to the previous settings. I can find nothing in fstab or mtab that would cause this.
What should I do to allow world full access to e & f?
