XBVSET doesn't have HOC and VOC settings

I have been trying to get my overscan corrected on my focus xbox for several days now and was hoping someone could help me. Everywhere I have read says that xbvset has HOC and VOC options when you select HDTV to fix overscan, mine does not. All it ask is 480p or 720p and then sets and reboots. I have version 3.6 of XBVSET, is there a newer version that I don't have? I have run magic several times, and I'm not getting any updates. Although, everytime I start Magic, it shows the same patch everytime as needing updating but it doesn't, it just says done, no reboot necessary. Any help on this overscan problem would be greatly appreciated
