Help- installed Friendtech and can't get rid of loader Bios

I installed Friendtech media center on my Xbox and had to manually flash the "loader.bin" bios and now my Xbox can only run Friendtech Media canter. I can't even get Gentoox to work.
I can PuTTY into the media center, but can I SSH in raincoat if so how do I get raincoat onh the e drive and what are the commands for Putty.
So basically how can I re-flash my bios to correct this problem.
By the way I have an Xecutor 2 lite chip.
