I'm stumped

I am tring to copy over the files to do the E install through Evox. I can copy over all the files in the distro directory except swap and vmlinuz. These fail and show up as 0 bytes. I have unrared them a few times now, and used the DOS ftp client as well as SmartFTP, in both binary and ascii modes. The files are all lower case. Any ideas?
