How to change root password?

hi how do i change the root password i try changin it in webmin it changes ok but dosen't.

some one help

SSH to your xbox, log in as root and type "passwd"

login as root with original username and password:

user: root
pass: xbox

when logged in, type:

passwd root

to set a new password

EDIT: changed password to correct default one
