Web- and Net-Boot Problems

Post by CPUFiddler » Thu Apr 16, 2009 11:48 am

I've had a look through the forums, done a search for various keywords, and come up blank. Can anybody tell me the steps required to upload files to the xbox at boot time? I'm running xp. I've tried setting up a samba share, bootp server, tftp server, no luck at all.

But other pc's can access the share and happily boot linux off the tftp/bootp system i've set up.

Web-boot connects to an HTTP server, net-boot runs an FTP server directly on your xbox (you can access it via http://ip.address.for.xbox/)
