I'm trying to ask a complicated question about screen modes, and in particular why i can't locate the "xbv" tool. For now, i'll have to keep it in a text file until whatever is forbidding me asking it gets changed.

I'm starting to think that you are welcome to ask basic questions, but if it's something to do with the guts of GentooX, or how Xbox Linux works compared to linux on x86 PC or other platforms, you will either get ignored or forbidden to post.

C'mon shallax or someone, un-jade me! Please!

It seems to be because i am posting URL's.

Which is difficult NOT to do if you are trying to show someone examples of how someone else has made something work, or someone having a similar problem.

Why this restriction? ARRRRRGH!

The restrictions are due to spam bots, sorry... but it was a necessary action - I used to spend about an hour a day pruning the forums
