help to replace my pro 3.2 to the latest pro

Hi.
Its been a while since I ran gentoox thats on my xbox. Its got Pro 3x.. Was wondering what steps I need to do if I want to get the latest install files directly to my xbox and replace the older ones.
I have downloaded Gentoox.ShALLaX.Pro-Edition-v4.2.rar onto the xbox, unrar'd the file to a folder, then mounted Stardust.iso and unrar's distro. So now I have linuxboot.cfg, initrd.gz, sprkrd.gz, vmlinuz, swap, rootfs, gentooxx.xbe in the folder.
My previous setup is an F drive setup.
