Loader freezes

A place to ask all newbie questions and not get flamed, though you will get beaten down if you post a newbieish question outside of these walls.

Loader freezes

First of all, I read the FAQ, and I've tried unplugging the controllers. The loader goes to "Uber Load" (Red, Off flashing of the light) while loading vmlinuz, every time. I've left it for hours, and it does not load.

It also probably shows "Loading 'vmlinuz'... [!!]"... which should instantly trigger something off in your mind to let you know it has gone wrong.

Basically, you haven't followed the installation instructions correctly. Everything MUST go in the "E:\" partition... NO subfolders!

What kind of installation did you do?
If this is your first day and you're making your first post, you haven't spent enough time reading.
