Splitting F in two partitions and RGB output support

Post by doragasu »

I've been reading about Linux on XBox and I'd like to install it without losing the ability to play games from the hard disk. Currently I have succesfully installed evox using an exploit, and I have replaced the hard disk with a 80 GB one, so I have about 72GB free in the F partition. Now let's go with the questions:

1.- ¿Is it possible to split the 72GB available in F in two (or more) partitions, one for XBox native applications (games and others) and the other for making a native Linux installation?

2.- I have read here that Xebian doesn't support RGB video modes with FOCUS chips. My XBox has a FOCUS chip and I'd like to do a VGA mod so ¿does Gentoox support RGB modes with FOCUS chips?

Thanks in advance!
