I have a few questions about the installation of gentoox and other linux distros.
My first questions is; what would be the best installation on a 1.0 xbox with an Xecuter 3 that would still let me play my backed up games?
Second; how could i set up gentoox as well as other distros to run as applications?
third; what is the fastest running windows emulator?
Also which bank should i flash the bios to in the event another distro needs it?

I could try to answer this..
I have the same chip..
1) - Do not install native - choose e:\ or f:\
2) - Gentoox is based on the gentoo distro of linux - use: emerge <app>
this is the SHORT version - installing apps in gentoo could involve use of the USE= settings and a lot more.. But just play around with it - if you screw it up - reinstall..
3) - Wine ?? I wouldn't even start to emulate windows - find a suitable linux apps - emerge it (or download, and compile it yourself)..
4) - No need to flash a new bios - just add gentoo to your dashboard.. (it's all in the manual I think...)
Remember.. XBOX = 733Mhz Intel , 64Mb ram , slow disk..
