will gentoox wipe out any data on the f drive (or any drive)

hi, i have a v1.6 xbox with a 200gb hd and an x3 mod chip,first off, i want to know if gentoox will erase any data on the other partitions of the hard drive, ie. f:, e: etc, as i have alot of data on them? also, do you have to flash a bios to the mod chip as i already have evox on it, please help me, much appreciated.
