Hi,
I've installed a 200Gb drive and seem to not have all the space availiable.
From what I remember there wasnt an option for a Native Install during setup.
The following prints on screen when running the 'df' command:
Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/loop/0 4095868 2666164 1429704 66% /
df: `/fatx': No such file or directory
/dev/loop/0 4095868 2666172 1429696 66% /
/dev/hda50 4998768 4365312 633456 88% /mnt/fatx/e
And the following appears when printing the Partition Table for /dev/hda:
Disk /dev/hda: 200.0 GB, 200049647616 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 24321 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes
Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
Do I need to create another partition for the remaining free space?
Thanks in advance Guys!
Matt

well, depends on what style of install you did, both with your HDD and gentoox.
Without using too much "illegal" info, how did you format your hdd, and when you installed gentoo, what style of install did you do?
i assume you did standard hdd install formatting, and e: install, meaning you have a e:\rootfs, this route leaves you with a 4gb filesystem, unless you do a native install (which will wipe out most your drive)
