FTP installation to F:

Post by inflex » Thu Jul 07, 2005 1:31 am

I have read a lot on installing Gentoo to F: but have not made sense of much of it. I realize by FTPing you can copy the files in DISTRO.RAR directly to the E: root, however, my E: drive is too small to hold the rootfs and other files, the drive goes to 0 bytes left and is unable to copy the swap file, since there is no room left. is there any way to ftp install to f, with the rootfs?
thanks
