I know nothing about this at all.
To start, do you need any kinds of modchips/extra hardware besides the CD you burn?

If I may split hairs, though, what I said is still correct. I didn't say that modchip or flashed TSOP were the only options.

Well, you said you need a modchip or flashed TSOP, which would indicate that a modchip or TSOP flash is mandatory to run gentoox, when it isn't.
