Getting Gentoox to install

Hi,
I have just used the 007 save to put the bios onto my tsop
now when the xbox boots its says at the top " xbox Linux clean bios 2.24c dev" I have downloaded Gentoox and have put it on a dvd-r it starts up then says the following "PCI: Failed to allocate resource 2(f8000000-f7ffffff) for 01:00.0", and then nothing, the installation just hangs there. All I have is a blinking cursor thats it anyhelp on this...?

It's ok now, got it up and running at last used a program called eurasia pro generic flash disc 1.2 and updated the bios to the loader.bin from the stardust.iso

generic flash disc 1.2 to work.

Found software and bund a cd. Boot up xbox with it & it saying this
append linit= / something root=/ dev/ramb pci= bios irq
hbd-reset
not found error -4
halting.

what dose this mean.
