help with gentoox and slayer 2.5

help with gentoox and slayer 2.5

I'm running slayer evox 2.5 and trying to install gentoox. I followed the tutorial(ftp copy) and copied the files from distro.rar to the e: drive on my xbox trhen changed the path in the config file to e:\
gentooxx.xbe but when i try to launch the screen just says loading and hangs there. Please someone help me with this i've messed with it for hours.

turn your IGR off and unplug your controllers
