Not offering it as a service to all but if you really want it doing and you are prepared to source RAM chips, send just the motherboard and for pay return postage let me know in the new year as I have to do this on my second Xbox so could do it at work at the same time!

128mb ram is too small now, you should think about more ram, just for ready vista, maybe 2G ram is one good choice.
