Gentoox Loader 6.05 related problem

Hi I just installed Gentoox.ShALLaX.Pro-Edition-v4.1 in an Xbox v 1.6 through an FTP installation I copied all the files inside the "distro.rar" to E:/apps/gentoox/ after that I decided to run the "gentooxx.xbe" executable . It did run but right when countdown starts I noticed that It was going to boot from the DVD-drive . I cant really stop it from booting from the DVD drive beacuase I have no control what so ever I tryed 2 diferent controlers (MADCATz and a darthvader controller dont ask LOL) Ill soon try with a original one to see if I have control . but in the mean time does anyone knows how I can change the boot sequence manually in a computer?
