Distro decision

Post by AndaleTheGreat » Tue Oct 10, 2006 5:25 pm

I'm trying to figure out which I should use.
I did the softmod but the suggested distros don't seem to be supportive of the softmod. Gentoox says I gotta have a 20G drive, but I'm tryin to do this 1 stock.
Can anyone suggest which distro to go with for running next to my original xbox software, I don't have a modchip and don't want one on this particular box.

i found it in a readme that came on the iso, it said that it wouldn't try to install if it wasn't a 20G or larger, but I'll try it anyways and see what it does

you can only do an e: install on a stock hdd, for a native install, you need a 20gb hdd or larger
