I've emerged net-misc/vtun, and it is not working properly, it emerges successfully, yet there is no in the /dev/net/ directory. After emerging, it says that "You have to compile this into the kernal" or something to that nature. I'm trying to use Hamachi, so I need this to use it.

Anyone got any ideas?

You will need to compile a TAP device into your kernel to get a /dev/tap or similar
