?Can I use a large drive (like 250/300Gb) with Gentoox?

I have a "virgin" Xbox, and i want to convert it on a Linux (Gentoox based) OS PC, but all i see is installing it on F drive, and the "native" mode do it too (install to the f partition)
...im going crazy... XD
The final question, if i bought and install a 250/300Gb, will can use ALL the HDD on Gentoox?
