First 8GB in fully native installation....

Hi at all!!!
I have a problem... I've done a fully nativeinstallation, but now I found with parted that my native is not native.....

(parted) print
Disk geometry for /dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/disc: 0kB - 40GB
Disk label type: msdos
Number Start End Size Type File system Flags
1 8004MB 8260MB 256MB primary linux-swap
2 8260MB 40GB 32GB primary reiserfs boot
(parted)
I have the first 8GB reserved, but i don't need this, my xbox is linux only with gentoox bios and 128 MB of ram.
Is there a solution to get the complete space of my disk to linux?
I don't want to reinstall...
Please anyone help me.....
