crossover plugin in gentoox

I installed a linux distro called Xandros to a PC and it used an application called "crossover" which allows me to install the Macromedia flash, shockwave & director plugins into the mozilla web browser and its worked perfectly.
I want to install crossover to gentoox on the xbox & have downloaded the crossover plugin file called "Install-crossover-plugin-1.2.1.sh" The instructions say to do the following with the file
Do chmod a+rx on the file and then ./Install-crossover-plugin-1.1.0.sh
I'm new to linux & i dont understand what I have to do. can someone advise me?

Based on the instructions you listed, you will need to cd into the directory containing the plugin. Then type:

chmod a+rx Install-crossover-plugin-1.1.0.sh
./Install-crossover-plugin-1.1.0.sh
