Vantec Stealth Fan

Bought a Vantec stealth case fan today but I haven't put it in yet. Anyone installed one yet and run gentoox on it? I'm interested in how well it cools and whether some mods to fanctrl are req'd to get it to cool nicely. If it needs to run at a higher speed, I don't want the fan speed jumping all over the place cuz it thinks it's a regular case fan with different cooling specs.

I installed the fan and it left it overnight and here's the temps this morning:

CPU temperature: 40 °C - 104 °F
Board temperature: 43 °C - 109 °F
Fan speed: 32%

Is that an acceptable idle temp (guess I should have written mine down yesterday) and if not, what's the best way to increase the default fan speed a bit?
