/mnt/fatx/f any chance?

Hi gentoox-creator, -users and -developers!
In this forum I read everything containing fatx but I'm not satisfy with the answers.
Is there a way or is there a chance for a non-root user to access the f drive.
I want there my mldonkey-folder so that it is possible to look on the files without running linux!
It is also impossible for me to create a symbolic link there as root!
When I type MAGIC AVAILABLE i can see FATX. Isn't a patch for my problem?
