"su" and non root accounts

Post by Krause »

Heya guys, got my native gentoox install working perfect.
Only 1 question, my account i made for myself (and the default gentoox account) fail aurthorization when trying to "su" root or even each other. I know the passwords are right cause i log into root with it all the time. But with root it works perfect, so the code itself isnt broke mostlikley.

The account i made is part of users, adm, wheel and cdrom, and the gentoox is using whatever the default for Pro is.

Any ideas guys?

Thanks :)

Maybe youre mistyping the password then, type the password on a normal command line and see if the characters come out right.
