HELP w\ FTP Install, when I run the.xbe my XBOX turns off!!

I downloaded Gentoox Home v3.2. I followed the exact steps on how to do the FTP install and everything seemed to check out okay. But when I start evox and go to applications to run it, I select Gentoox. Then the LED on my xbox turns orange, then there is a noise, like the fan spinning fast or the DVD drive spinning fast (there is no CD or DVD in the Drive) and then my XBOX just shuts down. When I turn it on, I can get back into Evox fine, and I tried it again but it did the same thing. Am I doing something wrong? Can someone please help me out, thank you very much.

I get the same error too, never found a good solution.

change your IGR setting to NO, Unplug all ur controllers and try. If that doesnt work burn gentoox to a cd and install.
