Did I miss something? When I try the URL http://gentoox.shallax.com/patch-files/linuxboot.cfg
all I get is a 403/forbidden message...
unfortunately the update blazes along for about 3/4 of an hour before it hits this, and I have tried it a few times now with no change- except the fact that the origional .cfg file is gone and needed replacing after each unsuccessfull attempt.
Gave it a go (magic) and it went off without a hitch, rebooted, did some more stuff and eventually got back to the x desktop, but it seems that all of the links that were on the bottom menu bar are gone now.
I think I can replace whatever links I need but it sure was nice having them all just there already - (I'm pretty sure this is due to the fact that I did not protect some of the config files as mentioned somewhere)
