magic prob "http://gentoox.shallax.com/patch-files/&quo

Was just trying to update a new install with magic and I get the following:

Code: Select all

cd /lib/modules/2.4.22-xbox-Gentoox; \
mkdir -p pcmcia; \
find kernel -path '*/pcmcia/*' -name '*.o' | xargs -i -r ln -sf ../{} pcmcia
if [ -r System.map ]; then /sbin/depmod -ae -F System.map 2.4.22-xbox-Gentoox; fi
Installing new kernel to /mnt/fatx/e/vmlinuz

Magic encountered the above error, please try again later.
Did I miss something? When I try the URL
http://gentoox.shallax.com/patch-files/linuxboot.cfg
all I get is a 403/forbidden message...
unfortunately the update blazes along for about 3/4 of an hour before it hits this, and I have tried it a few times now with no change- except the fact that the origional .cfg file is gone and needed replacing after each unsuccessfull attempt.

I still say this Gentoox distro rocks though :D

Gave it a go (magic) and it went off without a hitch, rebooted, did some more stuff and eventually got back to the x desktop, but it seems that all of the links that were on the bottom menu bar are gone now.

I think I can replace whatever links I need but it sure was nice having them all just there already - (I'm pretty sure this is due to the fact that I did not protect some of the config files as mentioned somewhere)
