Well, it appears that GCC (the GNU C Compiler) has encountered an error, and has quit. Like the message says, you should go to http://bugs.gentoo.org/ to look for a matching bug report, and, if it doesn't exist, submit a new one to the Gentoo people.

This is the compilation failure metabug. If your bugreport was marked a
duplicate of this one, it means the gentoo developers consider your problem to
be local to your setup. Look below for symptoms, causes and possible cures.

The compilation failure that cause a bug to be marked duplicate of this one can
be one of the following:
- internal compiler errors or gcc segfaults. These are caused by gcc. We are
sorry, but we cannot do anything about those.

do you have any more ideas? is there any way for me to compile the things on my computer and then put them on my XBox?

Sure. I recommend changing your computer's CFLAGS and USE flags, compiling whatever you want, transfering it over (on CD-R or something), then changing your computer's flags back . . . wait a second . . . if you have a winblows pc instead of a Linux pc, there is no way, unless you install and dual-boot to Linux. My advice: back up all your data, then reinstall Gentoox.
