Problem running magic

Post by Slomo2 »

I'm having a problem when I try to run magic. Every time when it wants to emerge gdm I get an error that I should check my network settings. My network is all right because I can surf the internet. I also don't have any sound since I ran magic. I already tried to reinstall gentoox but when I try to run magic I get the same error. I copied the process off emerging gdm into a text file that is here
What do i have to do to get it to work

You always encounter the same error "xyz is in the future"
Have you checked your system clock?

Use "touch" to fix the timestamps.
