When I run a mp3 file in the X media player (or whatever is the preinstalled program called) I allways get an error. It says that I should check if the correct plugins are selected and if no other program is blocking my soundblaster. I should also check the soundcard settings.
So my question is how can I enable sound in gentoox? Shouldn't it work straight away after the instalation?
