Resctoox: eject /dev/hdb

These two things would make Resctoox nicer:
1. Include the "eject" program so people who have upgraded their optical drives can swap disks without opening the Xbox to reach the button on the drive (and/or include kernel support for the bezel eject button).
2. Include a /dev/hdb node so people don't have to look up the device numbers for "mknod" when they want to mount an optical disk.
Otherwise, it works like a charm.
