The default xmms launcher in XFCE doesn't work, simply because its command is "sudo xmms".
1. There's, imho, no need to use sudo. xmms works perfectly without it.
2. It happens not to work : the DISPLAY env var isn't transmitted to xmms, and xmms is therefore unable to connect to the X server.
3. Replacing "sudo xmms" with "xmms" makes it work.
I'm using Gentoox Home 6.1.
Post information here about bugs - please remember to provide an accurate and detailed description and, if possible, steps on how to replicate the issue.
