...with Xebian
I kinda went from xDSL to Xebian and got stuck with it. So I simply never tried Gentoox. But, ShALLaX, I regard you to be a guru when running Linux on the XBox hence this request.
I have an XBoxNAS which I mainly use headless.
I have this small CVBS video screen sitting next to my PC monitor which shows a split screen of htop and hellanzb (using GNU screen, not running the X server).
Now.... after a while the screensaver kicks in and the CVBS video screen dims . I can attach a keybord an press CTRL or so as a short term solution. I'm not sure if Gentoox behaves similarly.
So... do you happen to know where (in which piece of software) this dimming is taken care of? ACPI? the keyboard driver?
I took a look at the kernel software but didn't get far. So any hints?
I could even run a cron task to revive the thing every 5 minutes if I knew how.
TIA, Reza
