Can someone tell me (without the flames) how to schedule an fsck on all partitions on next reboot, as I run a un-headed Gentoox NAS and can not get to the BIOS utills... Ta!

FSCKing in Gentoox seemed to be broken so i disabled it. Instead you have to boot "Sparkle". Hope this helps!

Thanks for quick reply, but no it doesn't help, as I said it is an un-headed xbox, I have no way or running Sparkle, I am 'blind' till she comes back up.

Never mind and thanks again ....

I just told you... A, down, A. It will turn off when its done and I believe the LED will go gxgx if it was successful, and rxrx if it wasnt.

Even if it did say "Format C Y/N" how would you accidentally enter that without a keyboard or being able to see the screen.

Taking the distro maker's advice is usually a safe bet.
