cannot run gentooxx

hi there... i have problems with gentoox.... ive installed it on E (no subfolder) but it doesnt work...when i run it i get some white text and then it stops....can someone help me....thx

Make SURE the file "linuxboot.cfg" (or something like that, but it is "linuxboot" and it is lowercase) is in your root. I (once) had that problem while updating kernels.

PS: I meant the root of E:, not the root of your linux fs.

EDIT: Make sure that /all/ necessary files are there. Sometimes, they just get baleeted.

He installed the cd files onto the e: he didn't unpack the distro rar and put those on there.. He's basically trying to launch the stardust installer on his xbox e:
